1. Controller
accelerando UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Am Werren 9, 76287 Rheinstetten, Germany
Email: contact@accelerando.company
2. Principle: no cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and includes no third-party content (no Google Fonts, no CDN).
3. Forms: contact, newsletter & niche suggestion
Via the contact form you transmit: name, email address, subject and your message. Via the newsletter form in the footer: your email address. Via the "suggest a niche" form: your email address and your suggestion text. The time of submission is logged as well.
- Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication), respectively Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication) where your enquiry does not relate to a pre-contractual arrangement.
- Storage: Your details are stored solely to answer your enquiry and are deleted once they are no longer required for that purpose. You may request deletion at any time.
- Disclosure: No disclosure or transfer to third parties. Submission is processed exclusively on our own server (see section 4).
- Misuse prevention: The form API applies a temporary rate limit: your IP address is checked in memory against a counter for at most 10 minutes - nothing beyond that is stored.
- Newsletter (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR): News emails are sent only with your consent (checkbox in the form). You may withdraw it at any time via contact@accelerando.company; your address is deleted then. No third-party advertising.
- Niche suggestion (Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR): Your suggestion is used solely to process your message and, if applicable, to inform you about the portal being built - never for profiling.
4. Hosting & server log files
The website is delivered from a self-operated server (Docker/nginx). When you access it, technical log data is processed: browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing machine, time and IP address.
- Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure operation).
- Storage: The logs are not kept permanently - they are size-limited and rotated (4 files of up to 5 MB each, oldest content removed first).
- Purpose: Operation, security and fault diagnosis only - never profiling.
5. Your rights
At any time, you have the right to:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
Simply contact contact@accelerando.company. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Baden-Württemberg: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit (LfDI), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart.
6. Data security
Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access (pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR).
